"Complete item on saving" in purchase order item

Hi experts

I'm working with SAP SRM 7 in extended classic scenario and we've activated sourcing cokpit.

I'm askeing myself about filed "complete item on saving" in purchse order item. If I have an item shopping cart with quantity 10 and I create a purchase order item with quantity 4 (and do not want to order more), does it mean that item shopping cart will not appear any more with quantity 6 in sourcing cokpit if I check "complete item on saving = yes", in my purchase order item?

Hi,

You are correct. If you check the complete item, the shopping cart will disappear from sourcing cockpit provided the notification is sent to the Requisitioner.
