Entring time when confirming actinity using CN25

Hello All,

When confirming the Activity using CN25 for few Activities of the same network i get an option to add time along with date, but for few others i dont get option to enter time along with Date in CN25 screen??

Any idea on the factor that is influencing time entry activities when confirming the activity?

Also check the if the confirmation parameters are changed by user before he is entering confirmation.

Normally this parameters may change according to users if it is not set across all users as the same.

Hi Mahindra, Gokul,

System asks for time entering only when normal duration activity has unit as HOURS if it has Unit as DAY system does not allow to enter time.

Hi Jatindar,

In Configuration for Maintain Network Profiles (OPUU) at internal activity level, you must have maintained the

1. Unit for work - Hours

2. Normal Duration unit - Day.

Change the unit at activity level in PB to Hours instead of DAY and try.

Check what type of activities (Internal, External, Costs, Service) are allowing to enter the time and date and compare them with the ones that are not allowing you to enter time and date.

See the difference and maybe you would be able to find out the real cause.
