SALES BOM

Dear SD experts

How do I configure a Sales bom when creating a sales order. For e.g when i enter a soft drink product as line item 1, automatically line item 2 should be filled with its relevant empty bottle. how can i satisfy this requirment ? thanks in advance.

Hi,

Configure BOM explode setting in main item - item category

Configure item category determination (For example see combination OR + LUMF or OR + ERLA)

Craete material (MAIN ITEM) and mention item category group as LUMF or ERLA

Create sub item (Bottle) and maintion item category group NORM

Then create sales material BOM by CS01
