Cannot activate my StreamWork account

Hello,

I got an emal with a link to activate my SAP StreamWork account.

The first page is a Welcome page with an "accept" button. Aftre clicking this button I get a mask to set the Web Password.

After submitting the password I will be redirected to the firs page (Welcome with accept button) and so on.

Some coleagues of me have the same problem.

Know any one what can we do?

Hello Nabil,

We have reset the password associated to the email address nabil.benamar@sap.com. You have been sent a reset password request via email, and we ask you to follow the steps in that email. You will be able to reset  the password.

Also if you are on the SAP network,  navigate to https://streamwork.com/sap. If you are off the SAP network,  please log into a WTS session and use the same URL,  or go to https://streamwork.com/session/new and use your email address nabil.benamar@sap.com and the Streamwork password you set.

Please let us know if after following these steps if the problem persists.

Hello Smitha,

thanks for your support.

I clicked the link in the mail (Password reset) and reset my password. After submiting I was redirected to the "Accept page" again.

Reset Password -> Accept -> Set Password -> Accept and so on...

The problem persists.

Hello Nabil,

Can you please attempt to activate your account again? Several people reported the same issue recently but for anyone I have checked with, the issue no longer exists.

Hello,

yesterday I got an email from Franke, he forced a reprovision for my account.

The activation worked yesterday and now I can still log in.
