Inbound messages from MAP to ECC

Hi,

We are going to implement MAP. This is my first MAP project. I am the ECC consultant on this project.

I saw that in ECC there is  BADI WRF_MAPINB_X_MODIF_E which handles the inbound messages from MAP.

My question about the methods in this BADI:

MODIFY_MSG_ASTPLN

MODIFY_MSG_PRODUCT

MODIFY_MSG_LOCGRP

MODIFY_MSG_MDPROP

MODIFY_MSG_ASRTPRDVRS

Which object do this methods modify?  Do they only modify or can they create these objects as well?
