How can we find confirmed quantity in confirmation

Dear All,

We want to determine how much is the confirmed quantity in confirmation. We are in SRM 7.1. I am unable to find the confirmed quantity in BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL. Is there any other function module I am to look for? Please help.

Hello Deyatanudey,

Please check FM BBP_PROCDOC_GETDETAIL with PO number that will give you confirmed quantity. Also you can check another FM BBP_GET_PO_HISTORY as well.

Hi,

the confirmed quantity using BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL is just the field QUANTITY in the E_ITEM table.

Using BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL the total confirmed quantity for a PO line item should be in the table E_ACTVAL.

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the FM BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL. The Quantity in E_ITEM is showing as Outstanding quantity whereas the confirmed quantity is 0. I coded in check badi and wanted to check whether the confirmed quantity in 0 or not.

Thanks very much for your reply. I am in SRM 7. But the transactions you mentioned, I presume, are from SRM 5. So the objective and purpose is not satisfied.
