Project progress in project system

Dear Gurus,

How to track project progress in project system?

We want to track progress on the basis of :

1)POC

2)Work Done

3)Material

4)Budget

Also how to calculate POC (Percentage of completion) against a WBS? And is there any  report in graphics format (Histogram,bar chat etc.) which display the project progress?

Your suggestion would be appreciable.

CNE1	Project Progress (Individual Proc.)
CNE2	Project Progress (Collective Proc.)
CNE5	Progress Analysis
