Hello experts, hope you are going fine.
I have one question regarding RFC Connections and Schedulling on GRC PC 10.
How could be possible that I can receive data from a Bussiness Rule (Adhoc query) and then when I schedule the job, I can’t see any results but a message status “In Progress” that stays there.
Is there anyone who could share your experience based on this approach?
Regards and thanks in advance
Frank
Frank,
Check the following for errors:
1) Events tab for this job in the Planner
2) Errors in SLG1 in the GRC System
3) Check the jobs in the backend system in SM37
4) The first job on the backend runs the job and has the output.
5) The second job sends the data back to PC.
Double click on both jobs to see if there is an error message. For the second job, you might see one for an auth error, in which case reference note 1740509. If there is another type of error message regarding "error during retreival of logon data" it means your RFC config is not correct.

Thank you so much.
The problem was on RFC Callback name in the GRC SPRO Configuration. The name was wrong, there was the USER used for RFC instead of the RFC Name in the ERP.
Now I have another concert,
I created a Business Rule with filters and deficiencies criteria.
When I run an Adhoc query applying the rule, i can see results.
But then when i Schedulled the job, it didn't bring me any result on "Total deficiency count".
Any ideas?
Regards,
Frank
Hi Silky, hope you are going fine.
We applied the note and still working wrong.
It shows the data on the Business Rule but nothing when linked to a control and programmed as job.
Is there any additional idea?
Thank you so much,
Frank
Hi gurus,
When I execute the ad-hoc query in my automatic control based on querys, it just gets stuck and nothing appears. What can be happening?
Thank you so much,
Kind regards,
