Error during Database Load in IDES installation

Hi all,

I get the following error during the database instance installation (phase Database Load) of IDES ERP 2004 SR1 (ABAP system / non-unicode) with MAXDB 7.5.0.0 (build 32). The OS is SLES 9.0 and the SAPINST is started by user root.

Hello Richard,

Please check first, if the database connection cannot be set up due

to missing or incorrect connect information from the XUSER data.

If you are SAP customer please see the SAP notes::
