Content Control - Synchronization of Word with Master Agreement

Hello experts,

We are trying to use the content control feature to synchronize changes that are made in the word document with the Master Agreement fields but no success so far.

With that in mind I'd like to ask you How do we create the content control in the word document so SAP CLM can read the token and understand that the content control is a variable field?

I've attached the print screens of the content control I'm trying to create in the Word Document.

Hi Robert,

Have you checked if contractgen.contentcontrol.enabled system property is set to TRUE?

Hi Vikram,

I've already set the contentcontrol.enable property to TRUE. I've also enable the "Replace with Content Control" checkbox in the variable that I'm trying to sync but no success so far.

When I upload the clause with the content control, CLM does not find the token that I've inserted in the content contorl (In this case, Date Picker).

Still trying to get this working.
