Problem with FileUpload UI Element (Error when uploading; the file name is invalid or the file is too large)

Hi,

I've a problem when loading a file in my appilcation webdynpro.

I've the message "Error when uploading; the file name is invalid or the file is too large"..

I've tested with : Google CHROME, Mozilla and IE8, but I still have the same problem.

I've searched in SCN, I've tried a lot of procedure to create FileUpload UI element, but still have the same problem..

I've checked the value of the parameter icm/HTTP/max_request_size_KB in transaction SMICM, it's value is setting on default value "102400".

Not sure if this is linekd with my user !!  If you have any idea, please, let me know of it.

That is a issue with standard SAP , open a message to SAP and that should fix that.

They asked us to apply SAP note 1736212 could work for you too please check.

I am just trying to get note 1736212, but there is only message.

The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or
is released internally only

Do you have maybe saved locally instruction for 1736212 ?

This only note 1736212 not resolved my problem.

So, I'm looking for notes by:

Primary Component: BC-WD-ABA Web Dynpro ABAP

And, my case: Release 731 - SP4 with text: Corrections for unified rendering up to SAP_BASIS 731/04. I find this notes:

Hi All,

I have the same problem while uploading file in our E-Recruiting application.

It displayes error message "Error when uploading; the file name is invalid, or the file is too big"

I tried the SNOTE 1736212, but it is not suitable for our system release and support package. This SNOTE applicable for the SAP_BASIS release 731.

Our SAP_BASIS release is 701 and the support package is SAPKB70110. I tried to serch for relavent SNOTEs suits for 701 release but i did not find any.

Could anyonce please help me how to solve this issue?
