Getting data in job monitoring in Job Management Workcenter

Hi,

I have integrated CPS with Solman and have scheduled some jobs. I have also set up a solution and configured the monitoring data and flaged both the checks of for getting data from CPS scheduling and monitoring.

But I dont have any data avialable in the monitoring table in the Job monitoring workcenter. There are 0 jobs in all the stated like held, error waiting etc.

How would the data from CPS reflect in the Job monitoring window of Job Management worcenter. Also in the Alert inbox there are 7 jobs which are scheduled through CPS but the alert status is undefined.

did you setup the CPS-Solution Manager integration according to SAP note 1729766 ?

did you setup the job monitoring from a Job Documentation? (Job Documentation is requred for the monitoring of SAP CPS jobs in Solution Manager)
