Phase START SHD J2EE DM

Hello All

I am upgrading  BI 7.0 EHP1 to & 7.3

At the phase START SHD J2EE DM PHASE ERROR , I am getting the following

error

Can you add in the services file under /etc

sapmsBIJSHD  3613/tcp

Retry then.

Do you have  under /usr/sap/BIP/upg/java/BIP/

SCS13 and JC14 ?

Can you check if the SCS13 is up and running ?

I believe this is a standalone JAVA system ? Is it ?

Can you paste the dev_ms file under  /usr/sap/BIP/upg/java/BIP/SCS13/work ?

Also try this

/usr/sap/BIP/upg/java/data/kernel/sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -nr 13 -function Stop

/usr/sap/BIP/upg/java/data/kernel/sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -nr 13 -function Start

/usr/sap/BIP/upg/java/data/kernel/sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -nr 13 -function Start

The above can stop and start - no problem

It seems there is some problem with startup of instance.
