our client producing sugar of A quality earlier but due to implementation of new technology in processing the old stocks of A quality (finished) should be issued to production for further process to make new A + quality sugar (now finished)

For this you need to create a recursive BOM, same material consumed and same material produced if the materials (SUGAR) is not created based on Quality.

If you have Sugar A and Sugar A+ as different materials then create a normal BOM with Sugar A as componenet to Sugar A+,

Create production order for Sugar A+, then consume Sugar A as usual using the movement type 261.
