Experts,

We have SAP systems ECC, SRM, CRM, XI, legacy ( legacy using LZ to talk to SAP for IDOCs ) dealing with IDOCs. We are using web methods as middle ware ( Not SAP PI )

What we are looking for is -

  • an efficient IDOC monitoring system, which will generate reports and send emails based on severity, process area, Num of times idoc failed and logic.
  • Ability to Re-Process the failed IDOCs. ( for - e.g by reseting the idoc status ).

Any ideas ?

what is Central Monitoring Using "ALE CCMS Monitor", is it something which can be utilized for our purpose ?

Hi,

The ALE CCMS Monitor is handled in transaction SALE and its the customization tool for the Idoc system.

As for the passing of Idoc and the monitoring you asked you can see details in transaction BDMO.
