unable to connect mdm repository( invalid login credentials)

hi ,

i am unable to connect the mdm repository.

mdm repository icon shows

getting this below error :

using mdm user :admin

admin user is case sensitive or not but i am using "admin" user not "Admin"

.

Hi Samma,

Since error log shows that "User not Found" so MDM system is not able to find 'admin' user.

In MDM, user IDs are also case sensitive.

So you have to use 'Admin' as user and not admin.

Also from the screenshot, i believe that you are using MDM 7.1 SP07 onwards, so password should be sapmdm.

So kindly use:

User - Admin

Password - sapmdm

You should be able to login to MDM repository now. Kindly get back with your results.

Hello,

As per the Screen shot attached, as it show a X mark in front of the Repository Name.

Meaning the Repository is connect to the console, refer the MDM Console Guide page 43 table 5.

Check the connection from your machine or ask the Basis Support Team to look into the connection.

Once your connection is established, you will be able to login in to the repository.

Good morning,

Please try accessing MDM repository using user name: "Admin"

Username and password are case sensitive. Do not enter any password . Let it be blank in this case.
