Text copy determination

Dear All

            when i created ( text copy ) to copy text from sales order to delivery , I created text object , and made access sequences in both sales

order and delivery , so how can I show the text in delivery  which is written in sales order , there is something missing .

Could you please help ASAP

1. In VL02N, at header level (if you are talking about text at header level), Tab Text, click button Text display; user can see Text determination analysis: Basic view,

check why text is not populating.

2. Check if in the sales order, text was maintained.

3. To get text from previous document, from header, object is VBBK, check if all configuration is done correctly for this text object and its text ID

If you are talking about item level, then text object is VBBP (analysis is similar to the above)

the text is already maintained in sales order header.

the configuration for this text object and its text ID in both sales order & delivery is done.

the problem is that the text which is written in s.order , doesn't appear in delivery .

Q1 : when we choose  the text is obligatory , not obligatory ,etc ?

would you kindly tell me the steps for configuration , as I think I have already made it ,

Please check and comment on:

VBBK, Z001 -

In the sales order VA02, at header level, Tab Text, click button Text display,

Check if for VBBK, Z001, there is any text determined.

If it is determined in sales order (VBBK, Z001) ONLY then would this text go through to next document i.e. delivery

about Text determination procedure , we define access sequence in sales order or delivery or in both .
