You use WM-staging from PP order, this create Transfer req. and within this you find that field, as shown subsequent:
Found the following: If you go in the oder under Functions -WM Staging - Simulate you find a button Change TR INFO - see attachment- there is the field. But when leaving, entered value is lost. Could this be a trigger, anyhow?
