VCRole

Hi All,

When i searched for VCRole, I did't find that rolr under Portal Conter>Visual Composer>core. I need to assign this role to End user, but i am not able to find.Anybody could you please tell me the reason

if you are on EP7.0 VC comes with SP8. Further information about the roles you find in our WIKI:

Hi Sapient,

which portal version are you running on?

The Visual Composer is installed with SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.0. Ususally you will find the role under <b>pcd:portal_content/com.sap.gm.cnt/core/VCRole</b>.

For older versions of the SAP NetWeaver Portal (6 SP02, NW 2004) you have to install the Visual Composer additionally to the portal software. We have already Installed Visual Composer 6.0 on EP 6.0 SP13. Even the VCRole is not appearing.

Hi Sooraj,

FYI. Ours is not 2004s, so we won't get VC Role by default under PCD:Portal_Content -->Visual Composer --> Core...I have already checked the old threads, Ours is EP6.0 SP13, so we need to install VC as add-in in EP server...We have done it, even we did't not get the VCRole.
