Hi All,

Daily we are running CIF job for delta changes updations from ECC to APO .But since few days we are getting an error at work center step with the below error text.

''ENTER CAPACITY''.

Please suggest me how to find the work center name which is causing the issue.

Thanks,

Venkat

Hi Venkat,

You can use the following t.codes to enable detailed logging both in ECC and APO.

CFC2 (ECC) - For selected user id (for instance APO-REMOTE or batch user or power user), set RFC mode to Q and Logging to D.

/SAPAPO/C4 (APO) - For selected user id (for instance ECC-REMOTE or batch user, or power user), set Logging to Detailed.

  • Execute CIF t.code CFM3 (transfers the delta changes from ECC to APO) with work centers variant manually using selected power user credentials
  • Use t.code SLG1 to examine the CIF log (with object as CIF*). Probably, this will allow you to find out the reason.

Thanks,
Rajesh

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks for the reply.

I am also looking for a way to find out the work center issues before the CIF executes.

So, lets say the user runs a report before 2 0r 3 hours time and finds out all the work center related issues that needs to be fixed before the CIF executes for the day.

Thanks,

Venkat

Hi Venkat,

There is no one t.code that can give you required information. You may need to execute different t.codes and analyze the reports for any discrepancy. The following list of t.codes might be useful to you.

1) CR07- Work Center Capacities

2) CR60- Work center information system

3) MCP7- SFIS: Work Center Analysis Selection

4) MCPH- Work center analysis: Dates

5) MCPQ- Work center analysis: Quantities

6) MCPY- Work center analysis: Lead time

7) CM25 - Work center capacity efficiency

Thanks,

Rajesh

Hi

Please Check the Capacities of the Work Centers which you are CIFing.

Go to CR03 and Check

Hello, When you transfer a work center with zero capacity to APO, there is a queue error 'Enter capacity'.So you need to correct the capacity. Refer KBA 1905053 - Error message: Enter capacity (/SAPAPO/DMRES 009) when transferring zero SNP capacity to APO on SAP Marketplace
