Tax Condition Type JEXP not getting determined in SO

Hello All,

Using the TAXINN procedure, for my condition type JEXP the condition record is maintained in the access Country, Plant, Control Code(Chapter id) I have also maintained J1ID settings which is linking of the chapter id to the material, however when I am creating the sales order the condition type for BED which is JEXP is not getting calculated, I have checked my pricing procedure and also checked the from and too step the step above it is a subtotal step just for calculation purpose.

When I went to analysis and checked the access where I have maintained the record the system says that no chapter id is maintained for the same, however when I check the j1id for that particular material the chapter is maintained. Do let me know what could be the possible cause of the missing condition type.

Kind Regards

Atul

I have also maintained J1ID settings

For TAXINN, this is not required.  Ensure that the required tax code is assigned to that condition type in FV11 / FV12.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Could you elaborate further when you say assign the tax code to the condition type in FV11, the tax condition JEXP was getting triggered earlier in my sales order without the setting which you have mentioned above in your post.

Dear Atul,

are you getting the c-type?

if you are getting the c-type in conditions tab then check JEXP and go to c-record, here u can get from which record the data is fetching

and then go to  analasys check all the tables in that c-type.

Dear Raja,

Thanks for your reply, I am not getting the condition type in my sales order, however when I go to analysis of the condition type in my sales order, and go to the particular access( Country, Plant Control Code- Chapter id) it says that the chapter id is missing, however I have maintained the condition record in vk12 for the particular chapter id and also maintained corresponding entry in J1ID tcode as well.

Also the message in the analaysis says Access not made

I dont know what settings you had but I can only say that if you maintain in FV11, system will fetch into your sale order.

The condition type JEXP which is for sales is not defined in FV11.

Hi Autl,

As per my understanding Why do't you check Material master  Foreign trade tab control code.

Hello All,

Can see JEXP analysis given below.

reason behind this was

If you go to the Analysis part within pricing in these sales order

you may see that the status of the Accessable Condition (ZASS) and BED

(JEXP) has status "Condition record exists, but has not been set" and

this usually happens when you do some changes in Price master related tothat document or some other changes on which pricing is based, in such

cases you need to update the pricing once.

Kindly follow the below steps and you may see JEXP in all the three SO

Go to T-code VA02 --> Go to item level --> Select Condition --> Select

update button and select option "C"

Kind Regards
