link-inprocess inspection result & yield confirmation in pp operation/order

Dear All,

Here my doubt is for in process inspection with inspection type 03.

my scenerion is-In process order there are three operations

20 &

in 20th operation we assign quality inpection.

now our scenerio is during production if quality person find any deviation in quality check during operation 20 of process order, they should communicate to production person so that during confirmation of process order production people yield the correct quantity & scrap the remainning quantity.

my query here is how quality result recording for inspection type 03 can be reflect during order/ operation confirmation by PP.

i checked many treads in SDN also , didn't able to clear my above doubts.

please put some light on it.

Hi,

In OPK4 customization transaction, you can maintain if the check between results recording and confirmation will be carried out and whether the message will be informative or error. You can maintain confirmation profiles and assign them to PP order types. Alternatively, in exit ZXCOFU14, you can query results recording tables QAMV and QAMR to check if confirmation could be saved.
