Role Update functionnality with GRC 10.0

Hello,

I have a problem when I perform Role Update functionnality with GRC 10.0

I try to add a transaction to a role and to push the change in the backend system. When I perform the action on GRC, a transaction is added to the role in my backend but only in the menu (there is no autorization objects added in the role).

Is there an action to perform in order to syncronize autorization objects when I add a transaction to a role via Role Update functionnality ?

Hi Thibault,

Kindly make sure the role is not in edit/locked mode as this can prevent the changes to be pushed to backend system.In addition to this, also make sure the role is not waiting for the approval and check SAP note 1637530 - Error message "TCode of role ..... cannot be updated" during role generation.
