Our project has GRC 5.3 installed and we have 3 RAR instances (DEV, QA and PROD) connected to the related back-end SAP clients. I understand why we need to download the USOBT_C Table into the RAR DEV instance but don't understand why we'd be required to also download into the QA or PROD RAR instances. My reasons for this are as follows:
1. All SU24 updates are made in SAP DEV clients and transported to QA and Prod. No user can maintain SU24 in DEV or PROD SAP clients. Consquently the USOBT_C table should be the same in DEV, QA and PROD SAP clients assuming that all SU24 updates have been transported.
2. All rules are maintained in the RAR DEV instance and downloaded to the RAR QA and PROD instances.
Therefore I think we'd only be required to download the USOBT_C Table into the DEV RAR instance.
I'd appreciate any information such as:
1. Should we download USOBT_C into QA and PROD? If yes:
1a) Why?
2a) What happens if we don't?
