Smartform Copies window problem

Hi Friends,

     I have a smartform (only one page) requirement. While taking the printout, 2 copies need to be taken and both should have different text printed in the header area. I have used Copies Window and given the condition based on &SFSY-COPYCOUNT&.

    When I am taking the Print Preview, its working fine ie. I can see text "ORIGINAL" in first copy and text "DUPLICATE" in second copy. (Even in spool, it looks fine )  But when I send this to the printer, its printing both the copies with the same text "ORIGINAL".

Please help me in this regard.

Hi Lijo,

This is the problem described in the following SAP note:

1706946 - Various Smart Form parameters do not work

It will be ersolved by updating to the latest kernel patch.
