Accessing UME from VC

Hello,

I am llooking for info/help on accessing UME info from a VC model (NW 7,3)

Did anyone deployed a Web Service for UME queries ?

How is it possible to retrieve UME info about the currently logged user ?

Hi Luigi,

I think that you have to develop your own webservice for your requirement. However, I can recommend to check this wiki page http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/VC/Webservices+for+Visual+Composer.

I have developed some years ago a simple webservice to retrieve the roles of a user that is published in the wiki. As starting point also check the java doc http://help.sap.com/javadocs/NW73/SPS07/index.html.

if you open your VC model you can find an object named 'User Data' within 'Compose' > 'Connectors'. See also
