Visual Enterprise Viewer mobile IPAD

Yesterday I downloaded the IPAD VEV, looks great but I not able to load any of the 3 sample models provided. I get the message that I do not have enough memory. What are the minimum requirements ? I was not aware an IPAD had memory... thanks Sarah

Hi Sarah,

FYI - it is designed for iPad 2 and iPad3. This shouldn't happen for any of the sample models as they are fairly small.

In any case this will help...

You can reboot your device, or when within any app you can double-click on the home button to see a list at the bottom of open apps. If you hold down on one of them they icons, it will wiggle and can be closed. They stay open in the background.

FYI - you are not deleting the programs only closing them.  This frees up you available memory especially for large files.

Ahh, I initially installed on a IPAD1, thats the problem, works fine on the IPAD2 thanks! Nice job, I like the interface, well done!
