How to get rescheduled the non APO relevant operations in ECC

Hi gurus,

We're using PP/DS to plan the activities from the production order which operations are considered as planning relevant, this is working well. We however observed in ECC that all non planning relevant operations (= activities not part of the material PDS) are NOT rescheduled when the production order is beeing rescheduled by APO. This is leading to inconsistencies in the plan of the production order.

Is there a standard way - by customizing - to automate the rescheduling of these operations?

Nobody-else experienced the same scenario?

I'm actually thinking to use function exit PPAPO002 (Publication of APO Data in Transfer from APO to R/3) in order to implement a call to a FM enabling to carry out a backard scheduling for the purpose of adjusting the operations not rescheduled by APO.

Any feedbacks or returns on experience are welcomed.

Hi,

Check scheduling parameters for ordertype/Production schduling profile whether automatic scheduling check box is checked or not. As non APO releavant operation are schduled according to midpoint scheduling in ECC.

Hi Pascal,

please make sure a queue is sent out to ECC after the APO rescheduling is done.

Additionally, /sapapo/cp1 and /sapapo/cp3 can be relevant.
