Lotus integration with Solution Manager

Hi all!!! i need the following:

Creating incident in IT-service mngmnt Solman, after som actions in Lotus.

So Lotus i acting as a Request system and Solman as Provider.

Never done this before and don't know from what i need to start.

can anyone help me?

hi,

youcan use any kind of input channels to create the service desk message ( lotus, outlook, your own webdynpro url).

These all done by your own custom program with SAP third party integration sceanario,

Please review at this,

You might get some idea.

Hi all thanks for replies. I have chosed WSDL method.

and using standard sap service ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API

But can't create test incident from SOAPui yet

Mails received in Lotus Notes should be tickets in Solman?

There is some approval workflow, after approve in Lotus Notes i need automatic ticket creation in Solman.

Hello,

SAP Netweaver is fully able to process incoming emails. You should have a look to the configuration of incoming messages in Tcode SCOT.

Maybe you will be able to trigger a new ITSM ticket when a message with pre-defined information (in object and body) are provided.

You can do whatever you want with ABAP.
