Pallet like a HU

Hi,

we are using SHP_OBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL04 to confirm outbound shipment in descentralized WMS. To continue the billing process we need 3 handling unti types

3- pallet

2 - boxes contained in this plallet

1 - material (SKU codes) contained in the box

we are training to use the E1BPDLVHDUNITM segment and assign HU_ITEM_TYPE for the 3 levels, using 3 for pallet and 1 for material like below:

There is a error  Error in document 0412862749 item 000010 (quantity consistency check) VLBAPI004.

We wuld like to understand with the structure to contain the pallet is correct and what information is missing to complete delivery confirmation.
