Hi y'all,
Some email from Solman when received has the "to" address populated. Email from SOLMAN_BTC (from Solman) does not have the "to" address populated.
How may I fix that? I want the "to" field to be populated.

Are you sending emails to a single SMTP address or Group?
When we receive emails from SOLMAN_BTC to a single address we have to To field populated, but to a Group it is not.

Try to understand your question ....
So emails sent from Solution Manager to external mail addresses are not always provided with the TO address? Is that the problem you are facing?
