Hi

The issue is you are logged in to the fssystem portal link. The Setup > System Administration tab > Internal User Accounts path is available through the fsbuyer portal link. but yes do make sure you login as a user with "System Administrator" profile privileges, or as a user who has been granted "User Account" creation privileges.

My error was to try it from fssystem portal. Finally I could manage users from fsenterprise portal link, because we are working on Sourcing 9.

User accounts can be created from Setup > System Administration tab > Internal User Accounts. You can also see the Help documentation on this.

I'm trying to configure Sourcing 9 and I can't fint the referred tab:

Setup > System Administration tab > Internal User Accounts

I'm logged into fssystem portal.

Should I activate any property o verify any installed component?

It looks you donot have access to create user id in SAP sourcing.please check with your permission(do you have permission for system admini.).Please check this,
