Interactive Reporting Overview Tab & BI Data Quality

Hi.. we are having few problems with Interactive Reporting, on the system availability.

Im on Solman 7.1 with latest SP

Start with self check..

we always have this error : Missing entry SAP_BIEX in DB table E2E_WA_CONFIG , my BI is local and usin the same client as my solution manager.

at the table we already has required tyep for Local BI setup

TYPE      LINE

SAP_BID       1
SAP_BID_M     1

Data Quality:

we are having red light at Logon, CPU, Response time, System Availability

Report:

on the overview tab no data applicable is found and also if we click the eg. BASIS 7.02 tab, the overview and host is showing No Data Applicable too.

But, in BASIS 7.02 tab, all other data like  instance, database availability showing 100% ( picture attached )

Any advises appreciated..
