Can't open ESR: Unsigned application requesting unrestricted access to system?

Hi,

I am getting below error when I try to open ESR in 7.3 system:

Unsigned application requesting unrestricted access to system

Unsigned resource:

http://<host>:<J2EEport>/rep/repository/com.sap.xpi.ibrep.client.jar

However I am able to open Integration Builder (Integration Directory) and all others like SLD and RWB. I used to get in to ESR with no issues few weeks back and started getting this error when I try to login today.

I could open ESR of Dev and QA systems, it just that Prod system ESR that I am getting above error.

Other PI team folks are able to open Prod ESR without any issues. Can anyone help me to figure out what could be reason for this error.
