PI 7.3 Unskipped re-transport

Hi Experts,

Currently we have PI 7.3 and just performed the system copy from Q.

All the object on integration builder is still pointing to Q layer (example: ECQ and ERQ)

For this, All the object has been deleted and we have to retransport back from D.

We are using CTS+ to transport using scenario:

D -> Q

D -> P

Due to this system copy Q to N, we have clear the SLD, and create the transport path on SLD.

We also create the transport route for CTS+.

While we doing the transport, the object not went through to the integration builder.

The transport is successfull with this messages:

==

connection:http://FQDN:55000/dir user:J2EE_ADMIN password:filled properties:empty deployType:XID applicatio

nType:null

connection:http://FQDN:55000/dir user:J2EE_ADMIN password:filled properties:empty deployType:XID applicatio

nType:null

Import of change list's with Directory Content in Transport Request : 005056937A8A1EE1B3FD6852930E9C57 is skipped

-The import is skipped as the change list's in the transport request is/are already part of the target system

-To unskip the import, retry CTS import by setting the overwrite flag for the import to true in target system

TransportEntity (Id:005056937A8A1EE1B3FD6852930E9C57) status set to 'OK'.

I've tried to remove from buffer, and re-add the transport with option overwrite (tick all/import again).

But seems this wont work at all.

Is there anyone have this experience ?

Cheers,

Raff

Hi,

We recently had to reimport the Same transport objects but the import didn't create the changelist of the objects...By setting the below parameter in the exchange profile to true..we were able to import the transport.

com.sap.aii.ibdir.core.transport.import.overwriteMode set to “True”,

Though i am not sure any change done in PI 7.3 parameters..but you can give a try setting the above parameter to true..

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks for the prompt, we solved this by recreate the transport again.

Luckily its not much interface on it.

I will try your solution and see the outcome.

Cheers,

Raff

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks for the solution. We faced the same issue and got it worked by setting the exchange profile parameter "com.sap.aii.ibdir.core.transport.import.overwriteMode" to “True”.
