POR is creating change version PO even there is no change done by supplier in SUS

After approving the order response for limit PO without having any change, a change version is getting created.

Is this a std. behaviour of SAP SRM 7.01.

We have to restrict the change version if there is no change in the response and Po value.

Please Help

Hello Amit,

From what i remember,Approval workflow for PO confirmation should not be triggered if there are no deviations from PO.

You can check what was different between two version of PO by following instructions in note

1754307 - PO set as final delivery triggers output to Suppliers

Check with this FM BBP_PD_ALL_GET_DIFF the active version and the last change version by passing all X flags.  This function module returns ET_DIFF_FIELDS[]

In this structure it is possible check all the fields and its intern-related fields which are getting changed when this flag is updated.

Also check if Note 1669495 - Unwanted output while copying PCO to PO is applied in your system.
