Email to customer for error IDOC

We have created new Work center and assigned the users to it. Now we would like to add mail id so that
mail is send to the customer. This work center is used for notifying the customer service center when an EDI order
IDOC ends up in error status.In WE20 we have assigned workcenter to customer.
Please let me know where we can add Email Id to send mail to customer when customer's IDOC goes in error.

Hi,

Do you have setup workflow items to be created for IDOCs with error? Then you might have a look at extended notifications in workflow to send mail to user.

If you're not have a look at activating WF monitoring. You can then check if there is a standard task for the event .inputErrorOccurred of the object IDOC.... (SWO1) or bind it.

Or use activate monitoring. Starting point is SALE.

You can also use CCMS monitoring to globally monitor IDOCS and bind autoreaction method to it. 

This is not taking the assigned workcenter of WE20.
