GRC PC v10.0 Job Status going to scheduled state

Can anyone help me ?

I have scheduled a few automated monitoring jobs, which are going to "Scheduled" state and its not getting executed further..

Dear Sumanth Kethireddy,

Did you solve this issue?? beacuse a I have the same problem and I can not find the solution.

Hi Pablo,

Open the job and under the Header tab check to see if the Execution Type, Frequency and Test Periods are accurate.  Under the Job Step tab, review the Job Step Status to see if the status is accurate.

Another option is to login to GRC ABAP stack and run t-code SM37 and check the job status.

Thanks for the Reaply John,

i checked the SM37 and the job ends well (imagen1 ) ,but  when i try to see the result with GRC i can´t , so I think theres is an error with the Job (imagen 2)

Please check the Execution Type and see if that is valid.  e.g: immediate, date/time, event trigger.  Can you also give more information about this job.

Hi,

Please navigate to Governance, Risk and Compliance->Process Control

->Legacy Automated Monitoring->Automated Testing and Monitoring

-> Register Connectors. In the source connector enter the connector

name created in the ERP system that is connectiong to GRC system.

Hi Sumanth,

Kindly check the corresponding status of this job in the backend R/3 system.Check if the status of job is 'Cancelled' in the backend.

Secondly, you may also check if the RFC connection to R/3 system is working fine or not.
