Hi

How do I transfer work centre from ECC to APO ..in CFM1 I find PPM check box if I check it….BOM and routing relevant to the material will be transferred  but how abt W/C…..in PDS I don’t find W/C check box….but I want to transfer W/C as a whole to APO coz I hav defined capacity parameters ,costing parameters,no . of individual capacity etc .OR do I need to create resources RES01 in APO as W/C equivalent ? ? ?

secondly

Can I transport factory calendar from ECC to SCm or do I need to create it in location master –calender tab??

I am a certified PP but novice to PP/DS

Would appreciate ur inputs.

Dear,

In CFM1 While you transfer PPM/PDS you can select the work center too.In CFM1 at Material Independent object select work center also.

So that along with PDS work center also get CIF to APO.

You can transfer the factory calendars from ECC to PAO following these steps in APO:

Go to transaction RSA1

Select Source systems>SAP>your R/3 client.

Right click on the client>Select Transfer Global Settings.

Select Factory Calendars

Select Rebuild tables.

After that CIF the location to APO.
