Time dependent Tab in AS02- If cost centre change, not deriving fund center

Hi,

We are deriving Fund centre based on Cost Centre through FMDERIVE.

While performing AS02, if cost centre changes in Time Dependent Tab, and select Derive again Radio Button, the Fund center is not deriving relevant to changed cost center.

E.g : Existing Cost Center and Fund Center C1=F1 and if i change cost center to C2, still F1 fund center is deriving.

Kindly help on this issue.

Regards

Sam

Hi,

Make sure that your derivation rule is set to overwrite the existing value.

HI Atif,

Thanks for your Response...

The Note Release is for 600 or below, hence cannot be implemented in ECC 605.

What kind of 'alternative'? It's either overwriting or not So, if you have your old value F1, the new come will be put in place only if you clear your old one, isn't it? If you want to user overwrite option only in specific cases, then create two rules and restrict the overwriting ones to your asset change operation.
