Consumable Budget for each period in FMRP_RW_BUDCON

Hi Experts,

I have created copy of FMRP_RW_BUDCON using report painter. We need budget figures for each period. So I have used period as an additional selection criteria. System is breaking "Available Amount" column based on period selection but it is not doing same for "Consumable Column".

We are using "Release Budget" functionality and "Consumable Budget" column should contain the same. When I run report without period selection, then consumable budget column shows total released budget. But when i run it on periods selection (say 1-6), it shows nothing in this column. If is select periods 1-12 or 1-16, then it again shows total released budget. We have released budget for each period.

I have defined period as selection parameter in general data selection (00S-PERF- From period) and  (0S-PERT- To period). Both variables refers to FMIT (totals table)

am I missing anything in variable selection or something else? or is it not possible to do?

Any suggestions? Would be of tremendous help for me.

Hi,

Allegedely, from your description, your released budget exists in certain period and not distributed through the year (which has no negative effect on availability control). Please, check if in FMBDT table released budget is distributed or not.

Yes Eli.

I checked the table and as you said, released budget is not distributed for each period in FMBDT table. I suppose  users did not release budget.
