Can anyone explain the difference between the following shopping carts

Alteration

Normal

Priority

Request for Quote/Information

Hi,

Normal          - This normal shopping cart is nothing but Freetext shopping and it is used for Indirect

                       material purchasing.

Request for Quote/Information      - This is sourcing activity to assign source of supply when you create shopping cart.For example , if you need new source of supply then you can send Bid invitation to the supplier to get Quotation.
