Field alignment runs out in ITS

Hi,

When we generate the template and publish it to ITS mobile, we notice

that the alignment for 1 of the field is runs out when we execute in ITS

Mobile.

There is no issue and the alignment is OK when we display the

transactions in SAP GUI. But when we display in the ITS Web/Mobile

Device, the alignment is runs out.

When we open the URL in Firefox this is working fine, but when we open in internet explorer we are having this issue. This is very urgent, please help.

Can you attach an image showing the issue?

What mobile device are you using? what OS? what browser?

What STYLE generation was used to generate the ITS Mobile templates?

Firefox:

If we run from Firefox there is no issue (Please refer to below print screen)

What about the display on the mobile device? Will you not be using a different browser to the tests above shown in the screenshots?

What OS has the mobile device? what browser?

What STYLE generation was used to generate the ITS Mobile templates?

Dear Oisin

We are testing in internet but not in mobile device. Once the test is passed then we will use in mobile, presently this is in DEV itself.

Our system OS is windows7. Browser is Internet 9

STYLE generation will be MOBILE (Mobile devices (receiving layouts) and Theme is 99

And also we came across new issue regarding of the drop down box. The box size is bigger when compared to GUI. Can you please advise if you have any idea on this

From internet browser:

The drop down box font is bigger then the normal field

Hi Krishna,

I would try using the MOBILE4 generation style in SE80;failing that would need to review the html source code of the above screen to review how it is being generated.

did you get ans for this issue? I am facing same problem text label and input fields are coming close if text field size less.

Please let me know how can i come out form this problem.
