SAP MEDIA R3 upgrade

Hi experts,

We are planning an upgrade of an existing sap R/3 SAP Media with the industry extensión IS-M .

Note 880233 - Release strategy for IS Media (IS-M) as of ECC 6.0

This note contain relevant information about SAP Media. If this software unit is part of SAP ECC core , The software tool SapUP will migrate and activate the bussines extension of IS-M ?

Hi Sargan,

I don't have any reason to doubt that the data will not be migrated. In this cases I don't like to relay on guesses. I would build a sandbox and run a test upgrade.
