Sequence of materail line item for project PR

Hi,

    I am facing an issue when i upload BOM in the project, collective PR is created in the system automatically after release of the project. Now the sequence of mateial line item is random and the requirement is that it should be according to the material number sequence.

    This issue is faced only if the material in BOM is more than 100, for less material the sequence if proper

    Can any one please suggest any solution.

please check parameter of network type where you check mark collective requision for the same or tcode opuv

Hi Nitesh,

               I think you need to explore more on 'Reference Points' maintained under Assignments tab of activity.

As reference point while BOM Transfer creates a logical link between BOM items and network activities.

You must have previously created the reference points, which you want to

enter here, in Customizing for the Project System under Material -> BOM

transfer.

If you enter the same reference point in BOM items and a network

activity, you can automatically assign the items to the activity via BOM

transfer or update the assignment.

Hi Ankur,

             All materials are assigned to only one activity. The refernce point is correct there is no issue with it.
