Hello together,
we confirgured a SAP TM 8 System an during the optimizier process of the nwbc we get some error. After installation of the SCM Optimizer manual planning works. Now there are problems by using optimizer planning in the Transportation Cockpit of the NWBC and we can´t find the problem. The only error msg we get is "Optimizer run failed".
Does anybody know this error msg and can help us?

It looks lik the optimization engine didn't even start. You can check that if you see an entry in the transaction rcc_log.
Please open a ticket to examine that issue.

The engine itself has startet, as we can see in the rcc_log. you may have a look into the "Optimiererdateianalys" in the result-section. The optimizer should show some explanation why freight units are not scheduled.
If this does not help, we need a support ticket to have a look onto the data.

Das .jpg zeigt die Daten die an den Optimierer verschickt werden. Der spannend Teil sollte unter dem Punt "Ausgabe" sein. du kannst uns noch das Archiv zum eintraqg in der rcc-log schicken, aber es sieht so aus als kommen wir um ein Support-meldung nicht herum.

vielen Dank schon einmal für deine Unterstützung!!! Wir haben das Ergebnis geöffnet, jedoch sind die darin enthaltenden Tabellen alle leer. Hast Du vll eine Idee, warum die Tabellen komplett leer sind? Haben gerade einen Basis-Berater unseres Unternehmens bzgl. der Supportmeldung informiert.
(Ist hiermit eine Meldung im OSS gemeint? Was soll in der Meldung stehen und möchtet ihr euch auf das System schalten lassen?)
