Is the "SAP Message Wizard" available for SAP Customers?

Is the SAP Message Wizard available for SAP Customers? Is it possible deploy this application on the local environment, as it is working in the SAP Portal environment http://service.sap.com/message “Report a product error”.

Hi Cleiton,

We have delivered a similar wizard in SolMan 7.1. Once the incident is created, then the processor can use this wizard to forward the message to SAP.

Hi Cleiton,

There is no wizard at the message creation time, just a screen where the reporter can describe the issue, inform the system, client, component, etc.
