Issue with Personal Folder in BI4 (Business Objects)

There is one of the users in our project who claim that he had created a personal folder in BI Front end lately but is not able to view it now. He is also not able to see ‘~Webintelligence’" folder within  section.

I tried with a test id with similar access in the test system and I too has same issue. "‘~Webintelligence’" was not visible. However any personal folder that I create is visible on loggin off and logging in.

Is there anything i am missing here ?

Not sure here ,

Could you go to personal folders and add/manage principals for WebI , i guess this should help.
