What should be properties of a control document

I just want to know what should be the properties of a control document from ISO standards perspective.

Dear Christoph,

Some of the requirements are like this:

1. For approved drawings when taking printouts Stamp shoud be there

2. For any technical drawing authorization is required to take printout.

3. When communicating with vendor for correction in drawing: everytime when vendor do the changes revision number should be updated like 01, 02, 03...on.. till final correction.

4. For approved DIR when taking printouts (of attachments) there should be details of total workflow approval channel at the end of document.
