SRM Alert inbox in Portal

Dear all, I am using alert management and all messages can be seen if i execute transaction ALRTINBOX from SRM.

However, is it possible the user to be able to acces it through the portal?

Moreover, is it possible in SRM 7.0 the buyer when rejecting a SC to be able to write a rejection note so as to be seen in the inbox of the Alert management?

Don't understand you: Universal WorkList is used for that.

Approver can add an approval note (at SC header level).

This is not used only for that and this note is not mandatory (as for example "Reason for rejection" in Confirmation workflow), but it can be used for this purpose too (or any other SC header or item notes you have in your SC text schema, but for those notes, Approver will have to edit SC).
